Guest Polices

Booking, cancellation + no show policy:

All bookings require a credit card on file as we gratefully reserve time and space to serve you. We require 48 hours notice for group appointment cancellations or rescheduling and 24 hours notice for all other appointments. If less than the required notice is given there will be a $35 reschedule fee and if a no show occurs there will be a %50 service charge to the credit card on file.

Redo policy:

If you are dissatisfied with your service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to correct the service. You must call and schedule the redo within 7 days of the original service date and must be scheduled with the original service provider. However, in the case that the stylist does not have compatible availability or if you feel that the service provider is unable to perform the service, an exception will be made to book the service with another service provider. We do not offer refunds for services provided, however we appreciate open communication and thank you for the opportunity to make things right. 

Tardiness policy:

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on the circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. Please notify us asap if you will be tardy for your appointment. 

Refund policy:

All service sales and gift card sales are final.

All makeup sales are final.

All hair product sales are eligible for exchange or merchandise credit. 

Additional retail sales items are eligible for exchange or merchandise credit.

Pricing policy:

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest, greatest and best of the industry. Although we make every effort to keep our website updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change without notice at any time. 

Pricing model:

We offer a luxurious guest experience with a team of talented stylists + estheticians to choose from. Our pricing model is based on time reserved for services as well as the service providers experience and demand. All services listed are starting prices and are subject to increase based on additional time or additional color dispensed. We offer complimentary consultations to provide you the opportunity to connect with your service provider, discuss your goals and feel confident about what to expect at your appointment.

Booking + deposit policy:

For any creative or specialty services, we reserve the right to collect a 50% non refundable deposit at the time of booking. We appreciate your understanding as these services typically exceed 3 hours of reserved time. 

Forms of payment

We accept all major credit cards + cash. We do not accept checks.

Children

We love children and we welcome them in our space as long as they are under supervision at all times.  Please be mindful as it's important that our other guests enjoy their relaxing experience with us. 

Confidentiality + privacy policy

We believe that every guest has the right to privacy and confidentiality.

Guest lists and email lists are confidential and remain for the use of our company only.
